We often think that life is hard and that it’s filled with many problems. But that’s not true. Most people have few problems that keep coming back, giving the illusion that it’s never ending. 

We are creatures of patterns! 

Have you noticed that it’s the same emotions that keep bringing you down; the same hurtful thoughts that harass you; similar experiences keep repeating themselves?

Most, if not all, of your life’s problems come primarily from two sources: 

1- Trauma – either a marking event, or a repeated psychological fracture, gets locked into your nervous system and reactivates later in life under specific conditions, resulting in a whole lot of tension and stress, making you react and feeling like you’re not in control of yourself, nor your life. 

2- Self-Opposing Mind Patterns (SOMPs) – conditioned self-opposing patterns of thought that go against your natural self – the issue being that we hear these so often in our own mind that we falsely believe it’s who we are – which actually prevents us from revealing our TrueSelf.

Life always mirrors your beliefs, perceptions, choices and reactions. So…

you must match how you think and feel with your TrueSelf.

What is TSP™?

TrueSelf Psychology is an innovative thought-modification system designed to help you become more aware of how you think – known as the Observer Effect, so you can consciously direct your thoughts by aligning them with who you really are… your ‘TrueSelf’.

TSP is a systematic, structured and progressive approach that meld the best from different therapy styles into a unique system that makes realigning with your TrueSelf occur more readily – these include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic Therapy, Neuroscience, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Solution-Oriented Therapy, Mindfulness, Conscious Hypnosis, and Guided Meditation

TSP also borrows from the science of metaphysics as well as more holistic philosophies of good living to incorporate psychoeducational themes, drawing from many branches of wisdom-based practices and principles from the great masters and thinkers of different generations.

How does TSP™ work?

There are two voices inside your head, not just one. And when these two get along you achieve harmony within; and when they don’t, that’s the internal struggle you experience as anxiety, depression, low self-worth, tension, loneliness…. It just doesn’t feel good when you are in a conflict with yourself. 

Positive emotions occur when your two voices align to connect harmoniously, creating the feeling of serenity, certainty, and inner strength. This is when you are most powerful – when your mind is aligned with your core being. It brings out the best of you as you experience clarity and move about the world with inner calm. There is no longer an internal struggle making you doubt yourself and slowing you down. Aligned, you can make healthier decisions and choices that are always beneficial to your pursuit of happiness.

TSP is a working-through approach designed to help you attain personal alignment in a short time frame – typically 6-8 sessions. It is an individualized approach that works quickly to identify which self-opposing mind patterns and belief systems are causing your life challenges

TSP offers pragmatic and workable solutions to help resolve these negative mind patterns in a two-step process:

  • first by releasing and healing old wounds, negative patterns and beliefs
  • then, by building new conscious patterns and empowering beliefs to support a healthier, more centered ‘you’
